TRANSFORMATION OF EQUATION synthetic division method

If we want to find the equation whose roots are less by h then the the roots of the given equation then we will find the required equation by replacing x by x + h
For example
 if we have a question such that
Second term from the equation
x^3 -6x^2 +4x -7 =0
3−6x
x3−6x2+4x−7=0

 Can be removed by



We can also apply shortcut trick to solve this type of problems by application of synthetic division method we can can easily solve questions

Example 
The equation whose roots are greater by 4 then the roots of given equation 

x4−6x3−38x2−3x+17=0
